How long my repair would take?
Usually 1 business day for all standard repairs,

What are the payment terms?
At Perth Computer Solutions we would only charge you if we think repair is possible. Depending on the service you are getting full or Partial payment is required prior commencement of any work on your device.
How can I pay?
You will only pay Perth computer Solutions after an invoice is generated We have full range of payment options that is all Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Pay ID, Paypal and Bank Trasnfer. We do not accept Cash Payments.
Is there a fixed cost for services at Perth Computer Solutions?
A flat fee of $70 plus GST is applicable on all standard repairs. Parts and any other software that a customer may request i.e. Office 2019, Screen Replacement, Keybaord Replacements etc will incur additional charges as per quoted in the invoice.
Do I have any guarantee on my repairs?
Absolutely yes! The parts we use usually comes with 1- 5 year standard warranty. Any further liquid damage will not be covered by this policy.
Our repairs without any use of branded parts is strict 90 days.
